If you choose to trade on margin, you understand and accept the risks associated with leveraging your investments. We will set margin requirements, and you must maintain sufficient equity in your account. If your account falls below the required equity, we may take corrective action, including liquidating your positions.
wo-tranivest theme is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must settle any outstanding fees and commissions. We reserve the right to close your account without notice if we believe there is a violation of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wo-tranivest theme operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
