To open a trading account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your identity, financial status, and trading experience. You agree to update this information as necessary and acknowledge that we may refuse to open an account at our discretion.
You grant wo-tranivest theme the authority to execute trades on your behalf based on your instructions. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the trading decisions made in your account and that we do not provide investment advice unless explicitly stated.
Your account may allow for margin trading. You understand the risks associated with margin trading, including the potential for increased losses. You agree to maintain required margin levels as specified in our policies.
You agree to pay all fees, commissions, and charges related to your trading account as detailed in our fee schedule. These fees may include trading commissions and account maintenance fees, which may be updated periodically.
You acknowledge that trading in financial instruments involves significant risks, including the potential loss of your entire investment. You confirm that you have received and understood our risk disclosure statement and are willing to accept these risks.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access.
You may request to terminate your trading account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we believe you have violated any terms of this Agreement or applicable laws. Upon termination, you will be responsible for settling any outstanding fees and obligations.
wo-tranivest theme reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued use of your trading account after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wo-tranivest theme operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
